A leading industrial project in Riyadh is urgently hiring a Crew Supervisor for coating technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who have strong knowledge of coating operations and team supervision in pipeline, refinery, or plant environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of coating technicians on daily site activities.
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of coating operations on pipelines and plant systems.
- Monitor work progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Train, guide, and evaluate team members for performance improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
- Work hands-on when required and support field operations.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in coating or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of coating application methods and robotic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in onshore and offshore environments.
- Certification in coating inspection (NACE / AMPP / BGAS) is preferred.
- Aramco approval is an advantage.
- Experience in international or multi-site projects is preferred.
