Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor company cash flow and maintain strong financial controls.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA regulations, corporate tax requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Supervise accounting staff and support team development.
- Improve accounting procedures and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of accounting and finance experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior accounting or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA requirements, and corporate tax regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
